混凝土水化热温度场对大直径钢管混凝土柱结构的影响

摘要 应用弹性力学原理和大型有限元分析软件ANSYS 8.0,研究了大直径钢管混凝土柱由混凝土水化热引起的温变产生的初始应力对结构的影响,并推导了紧箍力与材料热力学性能参数本构关系公式。算例表明,初始应力值一般较小可忽略,ANSYS 8.0分析结果与弹性力学理论分析结果相吻合。 The effect of initial stress by the temperature change and by hydration heat of concrete on the large di- ameter CFTS columns is studied based on elasticity mechanics theory and ANSYS 8.0. Constitutive relationship formulas of tightening-ring force and parameters of materials thermodynamics capability are deduced. The calcu- lation indicates that the initial stress may be ignored as too small. ANSYS 8.0 analysis is consistent with elasticity mechanics theory under the same condition.
