摘要
制作了12个混凝土和钢纤维混凝土五桩承台试件并进行了静载试验,观察承台的破坏形态,指出影响承台承载力的主要因素有混凝土强度、承台有效厚度、承台距厚比、配筋量与配筋方式、钢纤维体积率fρ和钢纤维长径比lf/df等。提出了钢纤维混凝土五桩承台抗冲承载力的计算公式,试验数据和理论计算结果表明,与普通钢筋混凝土承台相比,钢纤维混凝土五桩承台抗冲承载力有较大幅度的提高,承台的厚度明显降低。
Static loading tests are introduced for the 12 reinforced concrete ( RC ) and steel fiber reinforced con- crete (SFRC) specimens. The factors for the bearing capacity of piIe caps are strength thickness of pile cap, distance and thickness ratio of pile cap, quantity of reinforcement of concrete, effective and reinforcement atrangement method, volume fraction (pf) and length-diameter ratio of steel fiber (lf/df) through observation. With the presentation of calculated formulas of punching bearing capacity, the test results show the punching bearing capacity of five pile thick caps of steel fiber reinforced concrete is increased greater than ordinary one while the thickness of pile caps reduces obviously.
