摘要
优化了测定水中微量砷的流动注射一氢化物发生一原子吸收光谱法:当水样中HC浓度为10%时,用1%碘化钾-1%抗坏血酸进行预还原,再用0.5%KBH。一0.125%NaOH溶液为还原剂,分别以1%HEl溶液及氨气为载液及载气(流速50mL/min),该方法测砷的灵敏度为0.16μg/L,检出限为0.066μg/L,最低检测浓度为0.48μg/L,相对误差3.8%,相对标准偏差1.12%,回收率在100.9%-106.2%,具有分析简便、准确、快速、干扰少的特点。
The determination method of trace arsenic in water with FI - HG - AAS ( flow injection hydride gen- eration atom absorption spectrometry) is optimized in this study. In water sample, when HC1 concentration is 10% prereducing agent is 1% KI - 1% ascrobic acid. In the flow injection system, when the reducing agent is 0. 5% KBH4 -0. 125% NaOH, the carrier solution is 1% HC1 and the carrier argon gas speed is 50 mL/min. This method is convenient, accurate, fast and antiinterference, with sensitivity of 0. 16 μg/L, detection limit 0. 066 μg/L. The minimum detectable concentration of the method is 0. 48 μg/L, with relative error 3.8%, RSD 1.12%, and recovery ratio 100. 9% - 106. 2%.
