通过对湘潭市2007年夏季气温、降水及大气环流背景等资料的统计分析,得出造成湘潭市2007年高温干旱的原因:(1)气温明显偏高和降水异常偏少;(2)西太平洋副热带高压偏强偏西;(3)冷空气活动少制约着冷暖气流的交换;(4)台风和地形的作用也有一定影响。

By the fact that the data statistic of the summer air temperature, precipitation and atmosphere circumfluence hackground of Xiangtan City in 2007 were analyzed, the cause of Xiangtan City high temperature in 2007 was： （1） the air temperature is partial to height and precipitation obviously insisting to be short extraordinarily; （2） west the Pacific Ocean oceanic high declines towards the strong slanting west; （3） the cold air activity stops being restricting changes in temperature air current exchange; （4） stage manner and the landform effect also have bound to affect.
