摘要 介绍了OPTIMYZETM酶基产品在控制纸机系统中胶粘物实际生产的应用技术,为实际生产运行(包括网部质量状况)提供了较优的方法。结果表明OPTIMYZETM酶基产品能使胶粘物中的酯键断裂,不仅将大胶粘物分解为微小胶粘物,而且使胶粘物的基本组分失去/降低粘性,使微小胶粘物很难在系统中重新聚合,从根本上解决了利用二次纤维的造纸过程由于胶粘物而引起的一系列问题。 This paper introduced an applicable technology for OPTIMYZETM enzymatic stickies control in production and operation(including the quality of the department of network)of paper machines.The results showed that enzyme based products OPTIMYZETM not only decompose macre-stickies into smaller particles but also reduce the viscosity of the basic composition in stickies by breaking down the ester-bands.This mechanism prevents micro-stickies from reaggiomerating in the system,solving fundamentally a series of problems caused by stickies in papermaking process using secondary fibers.
