摘要
采用傅里叶变换红外(FT-IR)光谱、核磁共振(NMR)光谱、气相色谱(GC)和液相色谱(HPLC)等方法,对某种聚酰亚胺(PI)类胶粘剂中PI的结构进行了剖析。分析结果表明,该PI胶粘剂是由3,3′-二氨基二苯砜和3,4,3′,4′-联苯四酸二酐(BPDA)在N-甲基吡咯烷酮(NMP)中聚合而成的。
The polyimide(PI) structure in a unknown PI type adhesive was analyzed with FT-IR,NMR,GC and HPLC methods. The analysis results showed that the PI adhesive was polymerized by 3,3'-diaminodiphenyl sulphone and 3,4,3', 4'-biphenyl tetracarboxylic dianhydride(BPDA) in the NMP.
