摘要
选用甲醇为溶剂,将100g苦楝果实,经烘干粉碎,通过超声波提取得到苦楝甲醇提取物,以果实重量为标准,配成不同浓度的溶液,用于测定小麦的发芽率。小麦种子经过质量浓度为5%、2.5%、2.0%、1.5%、1.0%、0.5%的苦楝果实甲醇提取物处理后,发芽率有很大的差异。试验表明,高浓度的苦楝甲醇提取物对小麦发芽率起抑制作用,低浓度时有一定的促进作用。
100g fruits of Melia azedarach were dried, crushed and extracted in methanol by ultrasonic. According to the criterion of fruit weight, the different concentrations of solutions were made to determine the germination rate of wheat seeds. The results showed that the germination rates had significant differences after treatment by these six concentrations (5%,2.5%, 2%,1.5%,1%,0.5%) of Melia azedarach fruit extracts in methanol. And the experiment suggested that high concentrations of Melia azedarach fruit extracts in methanol depressed the germination of wheat seeds and low concentrations promoted it.
