甲醇和抗坏血酸对蚕豆某些生理特性的作用 被引量:3

摘要 在土壤肥力及体积相同的花盆中培养蚕豆幼苗,分别用浓度1.5%的甲醇和10 mmol.L-1的抗坏血酸(VC)和自来水(对照)喷洒,一定时期后,测其叶片中可溶性总糖含量和NRA活性及不同节位叶绿素总含量、叶绿素a、叶绿素b含量、a/b值。结果表明,甲醇、VC处理后的蚕豆叶片中可溶性总糖含量、NRA活性、叶绿素含量均明显高于对照,其中甲醇稍高于VC。 Vicia faba seedlings were cultured in flowerpots with equal size and same soil. Then the foliage was sprayed with 1.5% Methanol, 10 mmol·L^-1 Vc and water,respectively. A few days later, the total soluble sugar content,the activity of NRA and the total chlorophyll content of different nodes,the content of chl.a and chl.b were measured. The result showed that the Vicia faba's leaf sprayed with methanol and Vc had higher content of total soluble sugar,the activity of NRA and content of chlorophyll than those in CK, and every index of methanol was the highest of all.
