无卤阻燃PP/APP/PTP/PER复合材料的力学性能 被引量:3

Mechanical Properties of Halogen-free Flame Retardant PP/APP/PTP/PER Composite

摘要 采用多聚磷酸铵/含磷三嗪环聚合物/季戊四醇(APP/PTP/PER)体系制备了阻燃聚丙烯(PP)材料,考察了PTP及其阻燃系统的用量对阻燃PP力学性能的影响。结果表明,APP/PER使PP的缺口冲击强度和弯曲模量提高,拉伸强度有所降低,断裂伸长率下降。PTP对PP的缺口冲击强度和弯曲模量影响不大,拉伸强度有所降低,断裂伸长率下降。当加入29%APP/PER/PTP时,缺口冲击强度和弯曲模量分别比纯PP提高了62.0%和14.3%,拉伸强度和断裂伸长率分别下降了13.9%和91.0%。 Flame retardant PP composite was prepared with ammonium polyphosphate/phosphorus-containing triazine polymer/pentaerythritol (APP/PTP/PER)as additive. The effects of the content of PTP and the flame retardant system on the mechanical properties of the flame retardant PP composite were investigated. The results showed with the addition of APP/PER, the Izod impact strength and flexural modulus of the composite were improved, but the tensile strength and elongation at break of the composite decreased. The addition of PIP had no little effect on the Izod impact strength and flexural modulus of the composite, but made the tensile strength and elongation at break of the composite decreased. Compared with pure PP, the Izod impact strength and flexural modulus of the composite added with 29% APP/PER/FFP (3/1/2)increased by 62.0% and 14.3%, respectively, while the tensile strength and elongation at break of the composite decreased by 13.9% and 91.0%, respectively.
