摘要 在能量计量系统的构成、计量方法描述基础上,以北京试验现场试验数据为例,完成了天然气能量计量系统的不确定度分析,并应用能量计量中算术平均及加权平均两种方法,对天然气能量进行了计算并比较了不同计算方法的差异。分析表明,当过程测量受到较好控制时,天然气能量计量结果的不确定度为1%(k=2)。试验数据表明:由于加权平均方法同时考虑了流量及组份对能量计量结果的影响,对流量、组份变化大,或一个计费区有两个或两个以上气源供气的系统,采用加权平均值方法比算术平均方法更加合理。 On the basis of analises of energy measurement system and calculation of uncertainty, the concrete calculation of uncertainty was conducted taking an example of Beijing experimental station. The results showed that the uncertainty of energy measurement could be reached 1% ( k = 2 ), when the measurement process was kept in good control. On the other hand, because the influence of the flow and composition on energy measurement was both considered for the quantity weighted averaged calorific value, which might be more proper method relative to arithmetic averaged calorific value when the value of flow or composition of natural gas had big change, or there were two or more sources in one zone.
