In-situ Calibration of High Pressure Natural Gas Flowmeters

介绍了引进的车载移动式标准表法的天然气流量标准装置的构成、不确定度分析及验证方法;使用该标准装置开展流量计现场实流检定时,保证流量计检定结果准确可靠应采取的措施,现场检定工艺流程和检定结果;并就流量计现场检定问题对计量站的设计提出了建议。实践表明,对天然气流量计实施现场在线实流检定可以有效地提高流量测量的准确度。

The structure, uncertainty analysis and checking method of the truck - mounted mobile prover were described. The considerations that should be taken to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the calibration results, the piping layout and the results of calibration when using this mobile prover for in - situ calibration of natural gas flowmeters were also presented. Some suggestions to improve the design of metering station for the flowmeters in - situ calibration were given. Practices show that in - situ calibration of natural gas flowmeters can improve the flow measurement accuracy effectively.
