摘要
介绍了音速喷嘴法和标准表法相结合的气体流量标准装置的原理、组成、主要技术措施以及特点等。通过控制管路机械加工影响量,控制温度、压力、湿度和数据采集系统各环节的不确定度,采用湿度在线补偿,音速喷嘴按实测最大背压比进行控制,以及采取一系列抗干扰措施等,使本装置的扩展不确定度达到了0.25%(k=2)。
The principle, composition, main technology measures and characteristics of the gas flow standard facilities composed by combining a sonic nozzle method and a standard meter method were introduced. The expanded uncertainty of the facilities is 0.25 % ( k = 2) by controlling the machining influence quantity of pipeline, the uncertainties of temperature, pressure, humidity and data acquisition system and the measured maximum back-pressure ratio and using the humidity on-line compensation and a series of anti-jamming measures.
