摘要
介绍了我国新建的南京计量测试中心高压天然气流量标准装置建设的背景、站址条件、工艺流程、各级流量标准装置的构成和技术指标、流量量值传递框图及保证流量量值准确、可靠所采取的措施。高压天然气流量标准装置包括原级标准、次级标准、工作标准和移动标准,可以直接以高压天然气为介质对各种类型的气体流量计进行检定或校准。文中还给出了次级标准的比对试验结果和国际上现有的主要天然气流量标准装置的检定能力比较表。
The newly built high pressure natural gas flowmeter calibration facilities in Nanjing Measurement Center of China are described, including the background of construction, local flowing conditions at the center, processing pipelines layout, structure and features of each facilities, flow rate quantity transfer diagram, and measures that have been taken to ensure the accuracy of flow rate. The high pressure natural gas flowmeter calibration facilities are primary standard, secondary standard, working standard and mobile standard. They are used to calibrate of all kinds of gas flowmeters directly with high pressure natural gas. A brief inter - comparison test results about the secondary standard and a table of the calibration capabilities of some natural gas flow standard facilities in the world are also given.
