Pulse-taking Diagnosis between Mongolian Medicine and Traditional Chinese Medicine:A comparative study

对蒙医学脉诊方法与中医学脉诊方法进行了比较研究。脉诊在两个传统医学体系中均是比较重要的诊断方法,而且蒙医脉诊与中医脉诊有渊源关系,中医脉诊的内容经过藏医学的吸收传入蒙古地区成为蒙医学诊断方法之一。在此过程中诊脉部位、诊脉时间、诊脉前的准备、按脉手法以及脉诊与脏腑的关系、病脉象等均有一定的变异。

This study compares between Mongolian medicine and traditional Chinese medicine the pulse-taking diagnosis systems,which are both important and essential diagnosis method in its traditional medicine. We found the pulse-taking diagnosis in Mongolian medicine has some relationship with that of traditional Chinese medicine originally, and the former is possibly derived from that of Tibetan medicine which absorbed the pulse-taking diagnosis method of traditional Chinese medicine. Variances had been taking place during transmission process including the location and time of taking the pulse, the preparation and the technique of the performance, its relationship with the internal organs, the indications of corresponding diseases etc.
