中药降压汤合倍他乐克治疗高血压病疗效观察

Jiangya Decoction and Betaloc in Essential Hypertension Treatment

目的:研究降压汤合小剂量倍他乐克治疗肝阳上亢型原发性高血压(EHT)的疗效。方法:将80例肝阳上亢型EHT患者随机分为A,B,C,D 4组,每组20例,A组服用降压汤,B组服用小剂量倍他乐克,C组服用上述2种药物,D组服用大剂量倍他乐克。用药4周后,比较4组血压、血脂、心率的变化。结果:中药组患者的血压较治疗前低(P<0.05),甘油三酯(TG)降低(P<0.01),胆固醇(TC)降低(P<0.01),而心率无明显变化(P>0.05);小剂量西药组患者心率较治疗前低(P<0.05),而血压、血脂无明显变化(P>0.05);中西药组患者血压、血脂、心率得以理想控制;大剂量西药组血压、心率较治疗前低(P<0.05),而甘油三酯(TG)升高(P<0.05),高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)降低(P<0.05)。结论:降压汤与小剂量倍他乐克联合用药治疗肝阳上亢型EHT是有效的。

Objective ： To search for the therapeutic effect of Jiangya Decoction and betaloc for treating essential hypertension （EHT） of types of the liver hyperactivity of yang. Methods：The 80 cases were divided into four groups randomly：group A,group B, group C and group D. Each group included 20 cases. Group A was treated with Jiangya Decoction;group B with a little dosage betaloc;group C with Jiangya Decoction and a little dosage betaloc;and group D with much betaloc. After 4 weeks ,the changes of blood pressure （ BP）, blood lipid and heart rate were observed. The results were analyzed with statistics. Results： The levels of BP in the group A was lower than previous to treatment （P 〈 0. 05 ） and TG,TC were lower（P 〈 0. 01 ）, and in the group, no changes of heart rat was observed（P 〉0. 05）. In the group B ,no significant changes in BP and blood lipid were observed and the heart rat was lower than previous to treatment（P 〈0. 05）. In the group C,the ideal control for BP,blood lipid and heart rat were found. In the group D, the levels of BP and heart rat were lower than previous to treatment （P 〈 0. 05 ）, but the levels of TG were higher and HDL - C were lower than previous to treatment（P 〈0.05）. Concision：In the ideal control for BP,blood lipid and heart rat,we can find that the treatment of combining Jiangya Decoction with a little betaloc for EHT belonged to the types of the liver hyperactivity of yang is effective ,and the study provides objective data for EHT in therapy.
