乳腺癌术后巩固期的辨证分型研究

Syndrome Differentiation in Consoliate Period of Post-operative Breast Cancers

目的:总结乳腺癌术后巩固期患者中医辨证分型的规律。方法:进行临床486名乳腺癌术后巩固期病人的证候信息采集,建立符合研究目的的基本辨证要素数据库,填写信息采集表,设计专家咨询问卷。汇总5位名老中医(副高职称以上)意见与经验总结,组织者进行调查表及专家问卷的整理分析,得出结论。结果:得出该期5个临床常见证型:气阴两虚、冲任失调、脾肾阳虚、肝肾阴虚、有病无证型。结论:乳腺术后巩固期患者以虚证为主,其中气阴两虚者占比例最高。

Objective：To conclude the rules of syndrome differentiation of consolidate period patients of breast cancer after their operations. Methods ： We colleced syndrome communications of 486 patients in consalidate period of breast cancer after their operations. And we filled in the forms and founded data-base of syndrome differentiation factors. And gathered ideas and experi- ences of 5 famous and old herbalist doctors , and packed up and analysed the forms and data-base to got the conclusion. Results ： We concluded 5 clinical familiar syndrome differentiation were Qi and Yin deficiency syndrome,disorder of chong ren syndrome, dual Yang vacuity of spleen and kidney syndrome, dual Yin vacuity of liver and kidney syndrome and with disease and no syndrome syndrome. Conclusion ：The deficiency syndromes are the main types in patients in consolidate period of breast cancer after their operations, and the patients of Qi and Yin deficiency syndrome are the most proportion.
