促肾康注射液治疗慢性肾衰竭的药效学试验研究

Pharmacodynamic of Cu Shen Kang Injection in Chronic Renal Failure Treatment:A experimental study

目的:根据促肾康注射液的功能主治,选用与中医"证"或"病"相近似的动物模型试验。方法:对促肾康注射液的有效性作出科学评价。结果:在大鼠Heymann肾小球肾炎模型,促肾康注射液能明显降低大鼠尿蛋白及血肌酐和尿素氮含量,可使血白蛋白及总蛋白含量明显增加,在家兔C-BSA肾炎模型,促肾康注射液能明显降低家兔尿蛋白及血肌酐和尿素氮含量,减轻肾脏病理损伤。

Objective：To give scientific evaluations on efficiency of Cu Shen Kang Injection in accordance with its fimctions and indications. Methods： By testing on Model group with similar syndromes and diseases according to the theories of TCM. Results ： Glomerulonephritis Model group of rats Heymann, Cu shen Kang Injection had the functions of evidently reducing rats＂ urinry albumen,blood creatinine and urea nitrogen contents and distinctly raising blood albumen and total protein contents in C - BSA nephritis model group of rabbits it had the functions of evidently reducing urinry albumen, blood creatinine and urea nitrogen cantents and improving renal pathologic damage.
