Decreasing Toxicity and Increasing Efficacy on the Compatibility of Nux Vomica Powder:A experiment study

目的:为了验证马钱子散的配伍减毒增效作用,进行了马钱子散的配伍减毒作用实验研究和马钱子散的配伍增效作用实验研究。方法:通过急性毒性实验和小鼠自主活动实验的研究,来阐明马钱子散的配伍减毒作用;通过镇痛实验与抗炎实验的研究,来阐明马钱子散的配伍增效作用。结果:实验研究结果证明马钱子散具有减毒增效的作用。结论:这种研究从实验研究角度为中药配伍合理性提供实验依据,为今后马钱子散在临床应用方面提供药理学实验依据。

Objective：We studied this subject in order to verify its increasing efficacy and decreasing toxicity through the compatibility of Nux Vomica and earthworm. Methods： The study of this subject is for making sure the function of decreasing toxicity on the compatibility of Nux vomica powder through experiment of acute toxicity and the little white mice＇s activity. Meanwhile,through the experiment of reducing pain and resistance to inflammation, we will tell the change of efficacy of Nux vomica and Nux vomica powder for expound the increasing efficacy on the compatibility of Nux vomica powder. Results： The result of experiment in this subject has proved that Nux vomica powder has the functions of increasing efficacy and decreasing toxicity. Conclusion ：It provided the bases for the compatibility of Chinese medicine from the experimental angle, and provided pharmacological bases for using the Nux vomica powder in clinical practice from now on.
