周围性面瘫针灸临床研究中对照组设立的分析

Analysis the Establishment of the Control Group in the Clinical Research of Acupuncture on Peripheral Facial Paralysis

目的:分析目前周围性面瘫针灸临床研究中对照组设立的现状,为针灸治疗周围性面瘫的进一步深入临床研究提供依据。方法:对目前发表在国内杂志上设有对照组的针灸治疗周围性面瘫的临床研究文献进行了检索,按照影响针刺对照质量的关键因素对有效文献进行了提取,并对其进行统计分析。结论:检索到的90%以上的文章未对研究目的进行明确、未对研究目的进行深入考虑、未细化对照组的每个因素,对照设计存在很明显的局限性,以致影响结果的干扰因素过多,从而使临床对照研究结果不可靠。

Objective：To analyse the present condition of the establishment of the control group in the clinical research of acupuncture on peripheral facial paralysis for providing further corresponding basis for clinic research. Methods ： Searched the papers that established control group which currently published in the national magazin about the clinic research of acupuncture on peripheral facial paralysis , extraction of papers which affect the control quality according to the key factors and done statistical analysis. Conclusion： More than 90 percent papers did not clear the purpose of the study , and did not have a depth consideration about the purpose of the study ,and did not refine the every factors of control group. The establishment of the control group have obviously limitations, so the clinic research results is unreliable .
