论用中医的养生观指导针灸推拿防治亚健康

Prevention and Treatment of Sub-health by Acupuncture and Massage under the Guide of TCM Health Cultivation View

亚健康状态是一种介于健康和疾病之间的状态,近年来国内外对此的研究正逐渐形成一个热点。从中医的养生观出发,论述了中医的"治未病"与亚健康的关系,分析了亚健康的病因病机,认为针灸推拿防治亚健康可以在中医的养生观的指导下进行,充分发挥针灸推拿自然、安全、无副作用的特点,以扩大针灸推拿的适用范围。最后,就当前中医学对亚健康状态研究的发展现状,提出了其存在的若干问题,及对用中医的养生观指导针灸推拿防治亚健康的展望。

Sub-health is a state between the health and the disease, and the researches on sub-health have becoming a hot issue in recent years. The writer discusses the relationship between＂ following the prognosis of a disease＂ in traditional Chinese medicine and sub-health,and analyzes the etiological factors and pathogeneses of sub-health with TCM health cultivation view. The writer believes that acupuncture and massage can prevent and cure the sub-health under the guide of TCM health cultivation view, and fully develop the features of acupuncture and massage,which are natural,safe and no sidekk-effect,also enlarge its applicabil- ity. Finally, the writer proposes the problems that the recent development of sub-healthy state in TCM researches, and demonstrates the prospect that acupuncture and massage can prevent and cure the sub-health under the guide of TCM health cultivation view.
