摘要
针对啤酒发酵罐的大时滞、强关联的多变量系统,提出了多变量解耦Smith预估补偿RZN参数整定的啤酒发酵罐温度控制方案。仿真表明,此方案具有良好的动态性能与稳态误差,证明了方案的可行性和有效性。
Beer fermentation tank is a complex multivariable system with large-time delay and strong inter-activity. A temperature control strategy with multivariable decoupling, Smith estimated compensation and parameters set by RZN was proposed in this paper. Simulation results showed that this control strategy had a good dynamic performance and steady state error and was reliable and effective.
