摘要
建立了测定葡萄酒中苯甲酸和山梨酸含量的高效液相色谱法。采用甲醇-0.02 mol/L乙酸铵(30:70)为流动相,流速为1mL/min,UV230 nm检测。结果表明,此法有很好的重现性,分离速度快,线性范围宽,可用来准确分析葡萄酒中苯甲酸和山梨酸含量。所分析的3种葡萄酒中苯甲酸和山梨酸含量均符合标准。
An HPLC method for detecting the concentrations of benzoic acid and sorbic acid in wine was established in this paper. The methanol-0.02 mol/L acetic ammonium (30:70) were used as the mobile phase. The flow rate and detection absorption of UV were 1 ml/min and 230 nm, respectively. It showed that this method could be applied to determine the contents of benzoic acd and sorbic acid in wine exactly due to its good repetition, higher sensitivity and convenience. The concentration of benzoic acid and sorbic acid in three samples all satisfied the national standard.
