摘要
荧光原位杂交(FISH)技术应用于哺乳动物性别鉴定,近年来取得了长足进展。本文阐述了荧光原位杂交技术的原理及其在胚胎性别鉴定方面和精细胞筛选鉴定方面较PCR法和LAMP法所具有的优势,并着重概述了该技术在人类医学和家畜性别鉴定方面的研究进展和应用前景。
In recent years, the technology of the mammalian sex identification by fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) achieved gratifying progress. In the subsequent text, the principle and the advantages of FISH in the embryo sex identification and the sperm sieves identification compared by PCR method and loop-mediated isothermal amplification (LAMP) method, as well as its applications and progress in the medical science and the domestic animal sex identification, were introduced.
