摘要
基于贝茨理论,结合具体工程实际,对某中型风力机叶片进行外形设计。并在此基础上提出了风力机叶片的三维建模方法,即利用点的坐标变换理论来计算叶片各断面翼型的空间实际坐标,然后运用UG强大的三维曲面建模功能来建立叶片复杂曲面。该文提出的方法减少了风力机叶片等复杂曲面的建模工作量;叶片实体模型的建立也为叶片的气动性能计算和结构设计与分析奠定了基础。
According to the Betz theory and actual project, the blade shape of a medium wind turbine was designed. Based on this,a kind of 3D modeling method was put forward to wind turbine blades. First of all,the data of the airfoil of blades was revlved and converted to space coordinates of corresponding blade element section on the ground of coordinate conversion theory. Secondly, the complex surface of blades were drawn by using the software UG with a powerful surface modeling function. The method given in this paper decreases our workload in modeling a complicated surface like wind turbine blades and so on. Modeling wind turbine blades is convenient for theirs aerodynamic performance calculation and structure analysis.
