Effective Development Strategy of Low-permeability Reserves

低渗透储量具有单井产能低、采油速度低、投资高、经济效益差的特点,这一类型储量及产量在中石油近年的新增探明储量及原油产量中的比例逐年增加,如何有效动用并控制其投资与成本是公司上游业务面临的最为紧迫的问题之一。通过推进勘探开发一体化进程、应用"超前注水、压裂、井网优化"等技术手段,采取新机制、新体制以及争取国家宏观政策优惠等开发策略,确保低渗透储量在一定经济效益下得以开发动用。

The paper describes four characteristics of low-permeability reserves: low daily oil output,low recovery rate,high investment and low economic benefit.Considering that the proportion of these reserves and their annual production increases significantly in the developed oilfields in PetroChina,the paper points out that one of the most urgent problem of upper reach operation for PetroChina is to effectively utilize and control these low-permeability reserves.Aiming at effectively development and utilization of low-permeability reserves,the paper proposes that putting integration of exploration and development in practice should be implemented,the technologies of advanced water injection,the hydraulic fracturing formation and the optimized well network should be applied,and finally the development strategy of carrying out the new system and applying the macro-preferential policy should be took into account.
