摘要
研制的1600kW大功率牵引变流器中,IGBT功率模块产生大量的热量,采用适当的冷却系统将产生的热量有效地散发出去,对提高产品和系统的可靠性有重要的意义。采用Fluent仿真软件对冷却系统温度场进行了仿真分析,并在仿真结果分析的基础上,调整冷却系统的技术参数,从而改善产品的散热效果,满足系统要求,大大缩短研发周期,以及降低研发成本。
During the developing of power traction converter with 1 600 kW, the heat produced by IGBT will be released efficiently applying a suitable cooling system, which is significant to improve the reliability of product and system. The simulating analysis was made to the temperature field of cooling system. Based on the analysis result, the technology parameters of cooling system is modulated for improving heating effect, so that the developing period is shortened and the cost is decreased.
