目的建立胆酸-HP-β-CD包合物中胆酸的含量测定方法，为胆酸-HP—β—CD包合物的制备工艺参数优化试验提供含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法：Welchrom-C18色谱柱（5μm，4．6×250mm；流动相为乙腈-水-磷酸（60：40：0．06）；流速1．0mL·min^-1；柱温40℃；检测波长192nm。结果胆酸在0．0625-1g·mL。范围内线性关系良好（r=0．999）；平均回收率为99．33％，RSD为0．66％。结论该方法简便，准确，重复性好，适宜作为胆酸-HP-β-CD包含物中胆酸的含量测定方法。

OBJECTIVE Set up CA＇s assaying method to offer assaying method for optimizing technology parameter of CA-- HP--β-- CD preparation. METHODS HPLC.. Chromatographic column： Welchrom-- C18 （5μm, 4. 6 × 250mm） ; Mobile phase ： acetonitrile-- water-- phosphoric acid（60 ： 40 ： 0. 06） ; Flow rate： 1.0mL · min^- 1 ; Column temperature： 40℃ ; Detector wavelength：192nm. RESULTS Linear relationship is fine from 0. 0625-1mg · mL^-l（ r = 0. 999）; Average recovery was reproduoducibility. It s fit 99. 33%, RSD =0.66%. CONCLUSION The method is convenient and accurate. It also has fine reproducibility.It＇ so as CA＇s assaying method.
