摘要
目的建立高效液相色谱法测定氨酚咖黄烷胺片中对乙酰氨基酚和咖啡因的含量。方法采用Kromasil 100A C18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-1%冰醋酸(用二乙胺调pH值至3.7)(20:80),检测波长为273nm。结果对乙酰氨基酚、咖啡因线性范围分别为25~625μg·mL^-1,3~75μg·mL^-1,平均回收率(n=9)分别为100.6%,99.5%。结论该方法分离度良好,灵敏度高,准确且简便易行。
OBJECTIVE To establish an HPLC method for determination of paracetamol and caffeine in Paracetamol, Caffeine,Aritificial Cow--bezoar and Amantadine Hydrochloride Tablets. METHODS The RP-- HPLC system consisted of Kromasil 100A C18 (250 min×4.6 mm,5μm)column with methanol--1% acetic acid ( adjusted pH to 3.7 with diethylamine ) (20 : 80) as mobile phase, the UV detector wavelength was 273nm. RESULTS The linear ranges were 25-625μg ·mL^-1 for paracetamol,3-75μg · mL^-1 for caffeine . The average recoveries ( n = 9) were 100.6% for paracetamol, 99. 5% for caffeine. CONCLUSION The proposed method was sensitive, accurate and simple with good resolution.
