摘要
β-榄香烯是一种新型的抗癌药,具有很强杀灭肿瘤细胞及抑制肿瘤生长的作用,有着十分广阔的临床应用前景。本文介绍了β-榄香烯的化学成分、药动药效学、药理作用、临床应用等概况,为其以后探讨抗癌机理,开发新剂型提供基础。
β-elemene is a new anti-cancer drug. It can kill tumour cell and inhibit tumour growth. We introduct its chemical composition, pharmacodynamies, pharmacological action and clinical application. This will be the basis of development of new formulations and anti-cancer mechanism.
