海藻多糖对博来霉素诱导的大鼠肺间质纤维化模型的干预作用研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的观察海藻多糖对博来霉素(BLM)诱导的大鼠肺间质纤维化的影响。方法气管注射博来霉素制作大鼠肺纤维化模型,通过海藻多糖不同浓度(50、100mg.mL-1)灌胃给药,在造模的第0、7、14、28天测肺羟脯氨酸(HYP)含量。结果博来霉素造模第7、28天时,海藻多糖两个剂量组大鼠肺羟脯氨酸含量与模型组比较均有明显降低(P<0.05),第14天时与模型组比较,高剂量组有明显降低(P<0.05)。结论海藻多糖对博来霉素诱导的大鼠肺间质纤维化有抑制作用。 OBJECTIVE To observe the effect of seaweed polysaccharide on bleomycin (BLM) induced interstitial pulmonaryfbrosis (IPF) in rats. METHODS Inject BLM into tracheae of rats to establish the IPF modehadminstrate seaweed polysaccharide (at dose 50,100mg · mL^-1 ,i. g. ) to the models. On the 0th, 7 th, 14th and 28th day of model--establishing, measure the level of hydroxyproline at lungs. RESULTS On the 7th and 28th day of model--establishing,the hydroxyproline concentration of the two groups rats (at the two doses of seaweed polysaccharide) aresignificantly lowered,comparing to model control group( P〈0.05) ton the 14th day,the high dose group is significantly reduced,comparing to model control group P〈0.05) CONCLUSION Seaw. eed polysaccharide has an inhabitory effect on the rats with IPF induced by BLM.
