阐述了集体林权制度改革政策的要点和试点省份的经验,重点论述了该政策对林业和纸业上市公司的影响,林权改革对国内造纸行业形成长期利好。
Main points of collective forest ownership system reform policy and experiences of experimental provinces were elaborated. The influence of the policy to the listed companies in forest industry and paper industry was discussed. Forest ownership reform will be beneficial to paper industry in a long time.
