摘要
通过向反应器中投加铁锈-Fe(OH)3的联合工艺,利用溶出的Fe3+沉淀废水中S2-,降低含高浓度硫酸盐造纸废水的毒害作用。试验表明:铁锈-Fe(OH)3联合工艺,可明显提高对高浓度硫酸盐造纸废水的厌氧处理能力,使趋于中毒的反应器恢复正常工作。以SO42-为870mg/l、CODCr为1056mg/l的造纸厂生产废水为研究对象,经铁锈-Fe(OH)3联合工艺处理后,CODCr去除效率由30%升至80%,S2-浓度大幅下降至36mg/l,出水pH值7.0左右,达到工业废水排放标准。
A method was reported in this paper in decreasing the toxicity of paper-making wastewater which contained high concentration of sulfate by using iron rust-Fe(OH)3 combined process, and using Fe^3+ to eliminate S^2-. The results indicated that after the application of the combined process, the performance of anaerobic treatment improved remarkably, the normal work of the system resumed. Papermaking wastewater which contained SO4^2- (870 mg/l) and CODcr(1056 mg/l) was taken as a subject, after the treatment, the CODCr removal efficiency was increased from 30% to 80%. The concentration of S^2- decreased sharply to 36 mg/I and the effluent pH raised to about 7.0, reached the discharcle standard of industrial wastewater.
