摘要
在港口建设中,工艺设计要求将振动设备(如煤码头输煤系统中的给料机、振动筛等)置于厂房楼层的情况越来越多。振动设备产生的振动会影响厂房机械设备的正常运转,引起厂房内工作人员的不良感觉,严重时还会引发机械或建筑结构的破坏。因此,掌握振动的基本理论并加以正确的运用,有效地抑制、防止振动带来的危害是十分必要的。文章通过越南海防工程#4转运站的设计,运用SAP2000软件计算分析,采取设备减振及局部构件加强等措施,达到安全、经济的目的。
In port projects, there are more and more vibration equipment (such as feeder and vibrating arranged in multi-story factory buildings to meet technological design requirements. The vibration produced by such equipment will influence normal operation of other machinery and equipment within the same building, even to induce machinery damage or demolition of with the design for Vietnam Haiphone "4 Transformer Station Project, and basing on the analysis of calculation by SAP2000 software, this paper proposes that through reduction of equipment vibration and strengthening of partial members, the goal of safety and economicalness can be achieved.
