济南市彩民心理健康状况分析

An analysis on the mental health status of the lottery buyer in Jinan city

目的了解彩民的心理健康现状及影响因素。方法运用自制筛查量表和SCL-90作为工具对随机抽取的560名济南市彩民进行调查研究。结果与全国常模比较,济南市彩民SCL-90大部分因子分要低于全国成人水平,差异具有统计学意义;有22.59%的彩民存在不同程度的心理健康问题。其中彩民的成瘾情况、翻本动机、家庭关系、为了发财、人格特征等与其心理健康状况密切相关。结论济南市彩民的心理健康状况总体上是好的,但也有部分彩民存在心理健康问题,应当受到重视,并加强心理健康教育与干预。

Objective To investigate the mental health status and explore influencing factors of the persons who buying lottery ticket. Methods The investigation was made in 560 people selected randomly who buying lottery ticket in Jinan city of SKandong Province by means of the screening measuring questionnaire and Symptom Checklist 90（SCL-90）. Results The lottery buyers in Jinan city had significantly lower factor scores than the national norms in SCL-90,however 22.59% of the people were found to have some mental health problems. The mental health status of the people was related closely to the addiction, regaining the capital, family relations,for making a big fortune,personality trait and so on. Conclusion The mental health status of the people who buying lottery ticket in Jinan city are better, but some of them still have some mental health problems, which should be paid more attention and psychologically intervened.
