The Conceptual Framework Design of Wargaming in Enterprise Competitive Intelligence

摘要战争游戏法作为一种非线性模拟方法已经应用在极其动荡的竞争环境中,企业开展战争游戏可以形成对未来本质的认识。它作为竞争情报的工具在国外已经得到广泛应用。本文探讨了战争游戏法在竞争情报中应用的可行性,深入分析了战争游戏法的实施步骤、参与小组作用关系等,在此基础上构建了竞争情报战争游戏概念框架。 Wargaming is a kind of nonlirtear simulation method and has already used in the competitive environment. By using it the corporation will grasp the nature of the future. The paper discusses the feasibility of application of wargaming in competitive intelligence. The steps of implementation and the relationship between the participating groups are analyzed. The conceptual framework of wargaming in competitive intelligence is designed.
