基于知识资本视角的知识共享绩效测度

Measurement of Knowledge Sharing Based on Knowledge Capital

知识共享是知识管理最重要与最核心的议题,但知识共享绩效的测度研究却很少。本文尝试引入知识资本,通过分析知识共享对知识资本构成要素HC、SC、RC的推动,发现其分别构成知识共享的"主力"、"场力"、"动力",在此基础上构建了知识共享绩效评价的指标体系和测度模型,并通过实证分析,验证了从知识资本视角进行知识共享测度的可行性。

Knowledge Sharing （KS） is the focus of knowledge management. But its measurement is seldom discussed. Knowledge capital （KC） is introduced to measure the efficiency ＆ extent of knowledge sharing, by analyzing how KS contribute to three dimensions of KC respectively, and finding three dimensions be ＂main body＂,＂ field force＂, ＂drive＂. Finally its indicators and model are designed ＆ testified by demonstration, and its conclusion is that it is feasible to measure KS performance by inducting knowledge capital angle.
