摘要
知识创新作为现代企业竞争的核心现已得到越来越多的重视。企业选择组建联盟进行合作创新成为大势所趋。风险作为知识创新联盟的固有属性为企业合作带来阻力。本文分析了知识创新联盟的共性风险和特性风险,并在此基础上根据联盟成立的时间为序对其风险防范措施进行了研究。
The knowledge innovation, as the core of modem world＇s competition, is paid more and more attention by the enterprises. It becomes a trend for the enterprises to join the innovation alliance. The risks as the inherent characters of alliance bring many barriers for the cooperation. This paper analyzes the normal risks and character risks of knowledge innovation alliance, and furthermore, gives some methods to prevent such risks according to the alliance building process.
