摘要
通过对化学成分、力学性能、金相及扫描电镜等的观察,对太原钢铁(集团)有限公司用外购连铸坯生产的热轧卷板在使用过程中加工开裂的现象进行分析,确定氧化物、硅酸盐夹杂超标是造成开裂的主要原因。
In this paper, we observed the chemical composition, mechanical property, metallic phase and the scanning electronic microscope. The paper, based on the analysis of crack when processing the hot-rolled strip which was produced by the outsourcing continuous casting, pointed out the main reasons of crack was over proof oxide and silicate inclusions source.
