摘要
“以人为本。服务至上”是现代图书馆的核心理念。文章通过对海经院图书馆新馆建设的实例分析。阐述了确立人文理念在新馆建设中的重要作用，以及在馆舍布局、功能设计、家具配置、环境营造，以及服务与管理模式等方面所做的创新性实践探索。
The central idea of a modem library is ＂the highest expression of humanity and highest quality of service＂. With the new library in Haikou this paper shows the importance humanity in administrating innovative design in the internal environment of the library the infrastructure and facilities, furnishings and decorations, College of Economy as an example, a modem library. It also suggests the including the architectural planning, and the service management.
