摘要
循环经济是国际社会推进可持续发展战略的一种优选模式。它强调以循环生产模式替代线性增长模式，以最有效的方式利用资源和保护环境，以最小成本获取最大的经济、社会和环境效益。这种经济发展模式对像海南这样一个既需要经济高速增长而资源又相对稀缺的海岛型区域经济具有重要指导意义，也是一种现实选择。本文通过对循环经济模式和海南岛屿自身发展条件的分析，提出遵循循环经济走“绿色发展”之路是海南的必然选择。
Recycling economy is the best model for international society to promote sustainable development, which emphasizes the use of recycling production rather than linearity increasing model. The economic develoopment model is of important instruction to Hainan, which needs the rapid development of economy while lacks of resources. This thesis analyzes recyling economy model and the situation of Hainan, and then propose that taking ＂green development＂ of recyling economy policy is the only choice of Hainan.
