成功企业的人力资源开发与管理理念是:以人为本,尊重个人;人力资源管理是总经理职责的重要组成部分;最高管理层的责任是平衡利益相关者的利益;应把人力资源看成是社会资源;应从战略实施观点看待人力资源管理;对人力资源的开发与管理应进行多层次的社会评估;企业主要的人力资源政策应包括雇员影响,人力资源流动,奖励体系,工作体系:制定人力资源政策时相关因素。
The development and management ideas of human resources in some successful enterprises are: people foremost and respecting individuals; human resources management is the core formation of the responsibility of the general manager; the responsibility of the highest managing staff is to balance the interests of those whose interests are related; human resources should be regarded as social resouces; human resources management should be regarded from the point of carrying strategy; the development and management of human resources should be evaluated socially from multi-levels; the main human resources policy of a emterprise should include the influence of employees, the flow of human resources, rewarding system and working system; considering the related factors when making human resources policy.
