摘要 α,β-微管蛋白异源二聚体是构成微管的主要成分,其三维结构已被进一步阐明。微管蛋白家族增添了新成员,微管蛋白同型结构物和新的微管蛋白被发现。细胞凋亡与肿瘤具有密切关系。作用于微管的抗癌药物能阻滞细胞的有丝分裂,诱导细胞凋亡。本文简述了这类药物的研究进展。 α,β-tubulin heterodimers are the major component of the microtubule. The threedimensional structure has been determined. New members have added into the tubulin superfamily. Isotypic forms of α,β tubulin and several new distinct families within the tubulin superfamily have been discovered. There is a tight link between apoptosis and tumorigensis. Anticancer drugs targeting microtubules induce apoptosis by blocking mitosis. This article introduced the development of research for the drugs.
