摘要
通过数值试验的方法,研究了带粒液流中圆形弯管的冲蚀特性,分析比较了在不同冲蚀模型中冲蚀位置的分布、冲击速度和粒径对冲蚀率的影响。计算结果表明,API-14E推荐公式相对较保守,其他几种模型对大量颗粒平均冲蚀率的统计结果比较接近,但在预测冲蚀位置以及冲击速度和粒径的影响上有明显差异。这为生产实践中选用合适的冲蚀模型以及进一步探究冲蚀理论机理提供了较有价值的参考。
Through numerical simulation,the erosion behavior of liquid-particle flow in round-section elbow was determined and its erosive position and speed and effect of particle size on the erosion rate were compared in different erosive models.The numerical result shows that the APE-14E formulation is simple and conservative in relation to the average statistical erosion.Other models are agreed better with each other,but the predicted positions of ersion and the influence of impact velocity particle diameter are distinct.It provides valuable reference for choosing the right erosion model and studying the erosion mechanism in practical production.
