学生的思想教育工作要结合学生在校期间的不同时段,及不同时段的具体任务和学生的发展需要来实施,从而引起学生心灵的共鸣。学生在校的不同时期有不同的需求,但中心只有一个,就是对发展和完善自身的需求,这也是思想教育工作的切入点和核心。
