恩施市中学生人际间暴力发生现况及其影响因素研究

Analysis on the Prevalence and Risk Factors of Interpersonal Violence among Middle School Students in Enshi City

目的通过对恩施市中学生人际间暴力的流行病学调查,了解其发生现状,探讨影响因素,为教育等有关部门制定学生安全措施、预防和减少中学生人际间暴力、创建"和谐校园"与"和谐社区"提供参考依据。方法采用分层整群抽样的方法随机抽取1933名中学生调查其在1年中遭受人际间暴力的情况,使用Ep iData3.0软件和SPSS12.0软件进行统计分析。结果恩施市中学生人际间暴力的发生率为39.68%,其中心理暴力、身体暴力、性暴力的发生率分别为31.76%、26.13%、8.64%。中学生人际间暴力的高发时间为课间休息时,高发地点为教室。暴力事件使遭受暴力者感到气愤、学习热情下降、焦虑/害怕、计划报复等。遭受暴力的学生应对暴力的方式主要有忍让回避、针锋相对。中学生人际间暴力的影响因素有性别(OR=2.36)、户口所在地(OR=54.86)、父亲文化程度(OR=1.22)、辱骂威胁他人史(OR=1.73)。结论恩施市中学生人际间暴力发生率较高,以心理暴力最常见。人际间暴力危害中学生的身心健康,对其学习、生活产生严重的消极影响。

Objective To probe into prevalence of interpersonal violence for middle school students in Enshi,and analyze its related factors to maintain physical and mental health of students and make rule and take measures against personal violence.Methods A stratified-cluster sampling study was adopted.Database EpiData 3.0 and SPSS 12.0 for Windows were used to analyzed the data.Results The prevalence of interpersonal violence in Enshi middle school was 39.68% and accounting for 31.76% of psychological violence,26.13% of physical violence and 8.64% of sexual violence respectively.Recess was happened to interpersonal violence mostly.Classroom was the location most likely for violence.After subjecting violence,victims felt angry,reduced the passion for study,felt anxiety or fear,planed to vengeance.The ways that victims deal with violence were forbearance and avoidance,oppose each other with equal harshness.The risk factors of interpersonal violence were gender（OR=2.36）,census register（OR=54.86）,father＇s educational background（OR=1.22）,curse or threaten others（OR=1.73） in Enshi middle school.Conclusion The prevalence of interpersonal violence was relatively high in Enshi middle school,and interpersonal violence was harmed to middle school students＇ psychological and physical health,study and life.
