中西医结合治疗老年人鼻出血50例

50 Cases of Nose Bleed Treated with Chinese Traditional Medicine and West Medicine

目的探讨老年人鼻出血的治疗方法及疗效。方法回顾性分析我科2006年3月-2007年5月鼻内镜下低温等离子消融止血并结合中药治疗50例老年鼻出血患者的临床资料。结果46例经1次治疗后鼻出血治愈,随访6-12个月鼻出血无复发;4例鼻中隔严重偏曲患者经1次治疗后鼻出血停止,1个月内鼻出血复发,经手术治疗后治愈,随访6-12个月未复发鼻出血。结论老年人鼻出血采取鼻内镜下低温等离子消融止血并按中医辨证论治结合中药治疗,疗效好,疗程短,复发率低,痛苦小,并发症少,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the methods and efficacy of the treatment of the elderly nose bleeding.Methods Retrospective analysis of 50 cases of elderly nose bleeding in our department from March 2006 to May 2007 which treated with endoscopic low-temperature plasma ablation combined with traditional Chinese medicine.Results 46 patients with a bleeding nose after once of Integrated traditional and western medicine treatment,and nasal bleeding without recurrence within 6-12 months of observation.Four cases of patients with severe nasal septum deviation,nosebleed recurrence in 1 month.And all are cured by surgery.Conclusion This method is effect for nose bleed and is worthy of applying in clinic.
