光纤光栅压力传感器中双边缘解调技术的理论与实验研究 被引量:2

摘要 以1545/1555 nm的拉曼泵浦合成器(PCOM)为边缘解调器件,对光纤光栅压力传感器中双边缘解调技术的有关内容进行研究,文中对所定义的波长调制函数、波长灵敏度等物理量进行了相应的理论分析和实验测试,给出了单边缘解调与双边缘解调灵敏度曲线,得到当系统的波长解调范围为2 nm左右,压力范围为0-6 MPa时,双边缘解调的波长灵敏度是单边缘解调波长灵敏度的2-3倍的结论。 With 1 545/1 555 nm PCOM as the component, the double-edged wavelength interrogation technology for FBG pressure sensor was studied. This paper dealt with such physical quantities as wavelength modulation functions and wavelength sensitivity, and obtained the sensitivity curve of single and double edged interrogation. And the conclusion is drawn that when wavelength range is set for about 2 nm and pressure for 0 - 6 MPa, the wavelength sensitivity of double-edged interrogation appears to be two or three times that of single-edged.
