摘要 为满足数字式光栅测长仪测量精度进一步提高及自动测量的需要,设计制作了一套适用于数字式光栅测长仪的高精度多路温度测量系统。系统采用新型数字式温度传感器,将温度量直接转换为数字量,对得到的数字量经混频、选频、放大整形后送单片机处理,处理后送数码管显示,数码管显示的数值即为所测温度值。在保证电路各项性能的条件下,采用尽可能简单的电路,使电路的可靠性得以提高。由于从温度采集到显示都是数字量,所以具有很高的精度及很强的抗干扰能力,且不受电源波动影响。经计量部门检定,测量精度达±0.1℃。在同精度的温度仪中,成本相对很低。 To satisfy the requirement of raising the precision and measuring automatically of the length measurement device with digital grating in more, a high precision temperature measurement system with multi-measure units was designed to be suitable for the length measurement device with digital grating. The new type of temperature digital sensor was adopted. The value of tem- perature was changed into digital value directly. After processing for frequency mixing, frequency selection, amplifying in order, the digital values were sent to single chip micyoco (SCM). The values processed by SCM were displayed by nixietubes, the temperature values were displayed on nixietubes. The circuit was chosen as simple as possible that the dependability of the circuit was improved under the condition all of the capabilities of the circuit to be guaranteed. The unite was provided with high precision and possess the ability of anti-jamming and was not influenced by the fluctuating of power supply because it was presented with digital values from temperature collection to values displayed. The system was authenticated by the country legal measurement department; it reaches to the measurement precision of ±0.1℃. Its cost is relative low in the same precision temperature measurement devices.
