摘要
振动是工程机械重要的固有特性之一,是机械运行状态和故障检测的重要参数。针对低频旋转机械,研制了方便、快捷、智能化的机械振动检测仪。阐述了该检测仪器的测量方法、硬件电路实现方法以及软件设计的实现方法,其最大特点是以振动检测为主、温度检测为辅,两者相结合对机械设备进行监测,旨在为实时在线监测运行设备的故障诊断提供有力而可靠的数据支持。同时结合实际情况给出相应的结果,该仪器电路简单、成本低、性能优异。
The vibration is an important-inherent property of the engineering machine and an important parameter of the machine circulating appearance and fault testing. According to low frequency rotating machine, this paper designed a convenient, fast, intelligent machinery vibration testing instrument, and described the measure method, hardware electric circuit and software design of the instrument. The characteristics of the instrument was taking the vibration testing as the lord, taking the temperature testing as assist, both combined together to carry on the monitoring to the machine equipments, aimed at fault diagnosis of the on-line monitor circulates equipments to provide dependable data support. Meanwhile, combining actual circumstance to the experiment, the conclusion is given, the instrument has a simple circuit,low price, and high performance.
