介绍了称重控制器的工作原理,设计并实现了一种用于物料定量包装的称重控制器。控制器以单片机W 77E58为控制核心,结合当前芯片技术的发展,选择专用于桥路信号测量的高精度模数转换器AD7730和新型多功能键盘显示芯片CH451,并采用基于时间的物料下料控制算法。该控制器称重速度快,计量准确,操作、维护方便,可以满足生产的需要。

The principle of weighing controller was interpreted,while a weighing controller used in packing was designed and realized. W77E58 was used as the core of the controller. With the development of the chip technology,bridge transducer AD7730 and keyboard ＆ LED chip CH451 were adopted. A time-based weighing measuring algorithm was proposed in software design. The controller was tested to be fast, accurate, and easy-maintained, which satisfy the industry require.
